Bonn 1 pictorial first day cancellation dated 15 February 1974, with wheelchair painter, Rehabilitation Behinderter, Sonderpostwertzeichen and Ersttag wording. Disability rehabilitation and social inclusion theme. Creases, handling wear and old mounting marks on reverse as pictured. One original addressed first day cover, both sides photographed.
