Postally used Dutch priority envelope bearing a pictorial stamp and postal labels. A Dutch postal notice reads “Vertraagd / Frankering Valse Postzegel(s) / GECONTROLEERD”, referring to delayed mail and counterfeit-postage checking. Sold as the postal-history cover shown, with no independent certificate of stamp authenticity. One complete envelope, not loose stamps. Used condition as photographed; please inspect both sides for postal wear and the opened edges. The address is covered in the front photograph. You will receive the exact cover shown.
