PHILSWISS New Stamp Booklets 1984 commemorative cover bearing four 5rp Sternsingen Bergün booklet stamps with patterned left margin. The block has internal perforations and cut outer edges. The separate Bergün/Bravuogn cancellation at left is dated 1 February 1984; the cancellation on the stamps appears to read 5 February 1984.
