East German illustrated cover commemorating the 7th FDGB trade union congress. 10pf Fritz Heckert portrait and 20pf workers stamps, with Berlin 108 special congress cancellation dated 19 June 1968 and Werner-Seelenbinder-Halle inscription. Red and gold congress emblem cachet. Unaddressed. The stamps were issued on 25 April 1968; offered as a later congress commemorative cover.
