Postally used airmail envelope from East Germany to the Josef Czekli family in Budapest. Large embossed Deutsche Post inscription within an oval frame, with orange post-horn emblem. DDR 25 pfennig stamp showing a swimmer, for the tenth European swimming championships. Circular postal cancellation; full posting date and town are not clearly legible. MIT LUFTPOST / PAR AVION label. Age toning, light creasing and handling wear as pictured. One original embossed cover, both sides photographed.
