Postally used personal cover from Leipzig to Budapest, Hungary. DDR 20 pfennig Fernseh- und UKW-Turm stamp depicting the Berlin television tower. Leipzig 70 machine postmark with December 1974 date and road-safety slogan concerning assistance to children and elderly people. Period pencil annotations and mounting marks on reverse. Age toning, creases and handling wear as pictured. One original cover, front and reverse photographed.
