The brand or publisher is Edition Wibeco. The series is 127. The route is Colmar–Besançon. The date is 1938. The stamp is a République Française 2-centime stamp featuring the Semeuse design, in a reddish-purple color and perforated. The postmark reads COLMAR HAUT, with the date indication 19 8 38 in the center of the postmark. Collector’s examination is required, as a valuable variety of this stamp may exist; it should be examined separately based on its perforation, watermark, paper, color, and overprint.
