DDR 1966 Sorbian history illustrated cover - Plauen to Lichtenberg, Smoler stamps
East German illustrated envelope showing the former House of the Sorbs in Bautzen / Budysin. Franked with 20pf J. A. Smoler and 25pf Sorbian House stamps. Plauen (Vogtl) circular cancellation dated 13 March 1966. Addressed to Lichtenberg in Upper Lusatia with handwritten Plauen return address on reverse. The stamps were issued on 1 March 1966; offered as a later illustrated commemorative cover. The photographs show the actual item offered; please inspect both sides for condition.
