East German commemorative envelope for the 6th stamp exhibition of AG Philatelie Dresden-Nord and the 4th Pieschen harbour festival, in preparation for the 9th DDR Workers Festival. Franked with a 20pf Ribbeckhaus Berlin stamp. Dresden 30 / 8030 pictorial cancellation dated 20 May 1967. Addressed to Leipzig, with handwritten Dresden return address on reverse. Offered as an exhibition commemorative cover. The photographs show the actual item offered; please inspect both sides for condition.
