Nurse capping ceremony cachet, First Day of Issue and VIA AIR MAIL inscriptions. Addressed to Agoston Schaffer, Budapest. William Domonkos return address and Boys Town Nebraska 1961 charity seal on reverse. Age toning, creasing and old mounting marks as pictured. Both sides photographed.
